I’ll be putting together a step-by-step video showing how to do minor edits to get this camper fitted properly to the trucks you want to run it on. Out of the box, this camper is designed to fit long-bed trucks with a gooseneck setup. That’s the primary configuration it was built and tested around. Short beds, taller cab setups, and some custom truck mods may or may not fit perfectly without adjustment — those will be more of a test-and-tweak situation depending on the truck mod you’re using. I personally only test on my Ram, so while I do my best to make things as compatible as possible, I can’t guarantee a perfect fit on every single truck mod without some editing. Different creators build trucks differently, which affects mounting points, collisions, and clearances. If you’re comfortable following a tutorial or already have experience making small edits in Blender / Giants Editor / I3D, you’re more than welcome to adjust the camper to fit your setup exactly how you want it. The edits needed are generally small and straightforward.

AR Mod & Collision Notes (Important) Because the camper sits very low and has a fully walkable interior, you may need to enable Dev Controls and use Super Strength in certain situations: Using Super Strength to help step up onto the truck bed when entering the camper When removing the camper, it may occasionally feel like it’s “sticking” to the bed If this happens, use Super Strength and move the truck forward slightly — this will free the collision This is my first AR-style mod, so there may be a few quirks as I continue learning the workflow. I’ll keep updating this and future platforms to reduce or eliminate issues as I gain more experience.

Tailgate Information (Important) For trucks that do not have a removable tailgate, simply opening the tailgate is enough for the camper to sit correctly / go on. This is the easiest and recommended option in most cases. If you want a cleaner setup, or if opening the tailgate still causes fitment issues on a specific truck mod, you can also go into the I3D and hide the tailgate manually. I’ll be making a short, separate video showing exactly how to do this so no one is left guessing. Going forward, I’ll be updating: All future camper mods Older compatible mods to include no-tailgate options specifically for use with this camper and others coming down the road. For other creators’ truck mods, small tweaks may still be required. If it fits perfectly right away — awesome. From my testing, most trucks work just fine, but a few need adjustments, and that’s exactly what the tutorial videos are meant to help with. The goal here is to give everyone the flexibility to run this camper on the trucks they like, without locking it to a single brand or setup.
